Ponder Junior High Prepares for STAAR Testing

Ponder Junior High students are gearing up for the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR) exams, with testing dates scheduled throughout April.

The testing schedule is as follows:

• April 8 – 6th, 7th, & 8th Grade RLA

• April 15 – 8th Grade Science

• April 16 – 8th Grade Social Studies

• April 23 – 6th, 7th, & 8th Grade Math

• April 29 – 8th Grade Algebra I EOC

We encourage parents to help their children prepare by ensuring they get adequate rest, eat a nutritious breakfast, and arrive at school on time.
