Spring Vaccine Clinic — May 7, 2025

Ponder ISD Health Services will be hosting a Spring Vaccine Clinic on May 7, 2025 for students needing immunizations for the next school year.

Important Info:

• 6th Graders: MCV4 (Meningitis) and Tdap (Tetanus booster) required for 7th grade
  
  

• Seniors: MCV4 required for college; Men B optional (check college requirements)
  
  

• All insurance policies, including Medicaid, will be verified
  
  

• Out-of-pocket costs available for those without insurance
