Ponder High School Celebrate Senior Commitment to Collegiate Sports

Ponder, TX - Amidst cheers and applause, Ponder High School seniors gathered for their commitment ceremony, on Wednesday, February 7th, marking a significant milestone in their athletic journeys. From the spirited cheerleaders to the powerhouse athletes on the field, these students have dedicated years of hard work and dedication to their respective sports.

Leading the charge in cheer, Emylie Baumann and Kiley Saulters announced their commitment to Cisco College and Texas Wesleyan, respectively, continuing their passion for cheering at the collegiate level.

On the softball diamond, Hidee Wilson secured her spot at Pratt Community College, showcasing her talent and determination in the sport she loves.

Meanwhile, the baseball team celebrated as Kade Irons, Luke Johnson, and Cooper Rodgers declared their commitments to the University of Houston, Southeastern Oklahoma State University, and Howard College, respectively. Their prowess on the field promises to make an impact at the collegiate level.

In the realm of football, Case Peacock, Cooper Reynolds, and Brannock Sorrensen took center stage, announcing their commitments to the University of North Texas, McMurry University, and Hendrix College, respectively. Their dedication to the game has earned them the opportunity to continue their athletic careers at esteemed institutions.
