Dr. Hill's extensive 29-year career in the field of education has encompassed diverse and impactful roles. Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of Operations in Frisco ISD, where he has been instrumental in optimizing the district's operational efficiency. His experience extends to prior positions, including Managing Director of Human Resources for Frisco ISD, Principal of Argyle High School, Principal of The Colony High School, and Principal of Huffines Middle School in Lewisville ISD.
These experiences have equipped Dr. Hill with a deep understanding of educational leadership, from human resources to school administration, ensuring a holistic and well-informed approach to guiding a school district toward excellence.
Dr. Hill's academic background is equally impressive. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology and History from the University of North Texas, a Master of Education Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of North Texas, and a Doctor of Education Degree in Educational Leadership K-12 from Dallas Baptist University.
Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Hill is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Rhonda, have shared 26 years of marriage and are the proud parents of three children: Noah, Avery, and Bridgette. Dr. Hill is excited to embrace the Ponder ISD community and contribute to the district's rich heritage of excellence in education.
