SAMCO Disclosure

This Disclosure Statement is provided by SAMCO Capital Markets, Inc. (“SAMCO”). This Disclosure Statement provides information regarding the “Investor and Municipal Advisory Client Education and Protection” rule required to be disclosed to clients pursuant to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (“MSRB”) Rule G-10.  Rule G-10 mandates that SAMCO provide this information once each calendar year during the course of a municipal advisory relationship.

3.
